Beginning Sewing / How to Read a Clothing Pattern


Instructor:  Lynn Holt

This class will teach students how to read both the front and back of clothing patterns, sewing terms, meaning of symbols and which pattern pieces to use for which view.  It will also teach how to choose the right size pattern, and how to alter the pattern for individual body types.  Please note:  This class does not include any sewing.

All materials included in the cost of the class.

Saturday, March 16, 1:00pm - 3:00pm

Min 3, Max 8 Students

Recommended ages 13+ (or, under 13 with a parent also attending the class)

Members: $33 + $5 materials

Non-Members: $36 + $5 materials

MAKER SPACE HOURS

Members: 24/7 Access

Public Open Hours: Saturdays: 10am-2pm
